4ever love Scented Aroma seeks to provide customers with products that meet their needs. Customers may contact 4ever love Scented Aroma if they are not satisfied with their purchase by emailing scented4ever@yahoo.com. If contacted within 24HOURS of receiving your item(s), a full refund may be granted. All items must be in new and unused condition.​

 
SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the mailing organization.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL SALE! We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at scented4ever@yahoo.com or here with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with the address to send the item(s) you consider defective.

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.​

That said, there too are no cancellations. Once an order is placed and payment is sent there can be no cancellation!
